Tip of the Week - September 28, 2015 - Know When Your Vehicle Has Been Recalled
/With safety recalls issued for one vehicle after another, it is hard to keep track, or even determine if a vehicle you own needs to go back to the dealership for repair. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has a new tool on its website that makes things a little easier on car owners. The new search tool allows you to enter a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to quickly find out if a specific vehicle has not been repaired as part of a safety recall in the last 15 years. It's that easy. Go to Recalls Look-up by VIN - Vehicle Identification Number and simply enter you VIN.
